This policy explains how Fine-Tuned Frequencies, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles the information you share with us through this website. Fine-Tuned Frequencies is a wellness practice based in the Lenox neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia, offering sound baths, yoga, breathwork, Reiki, workshops, and retreats.
What we collect
We only collect the information you actively give us. Depending on which form or action you use, that may include your name, email address, phone number, and any message, intention, or story you choose to write — for example when you request a discovery call, express interest in a retreat, book a workshop, or submit a testimonial. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not include it in free-text fields.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver sessions, share relevant details about offerings you asked about, and — only with your explicit permission — to publish a testimonial you have submitted. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Forms, payments, and third-party tools
This site relies on a few reputable third-party services to function. Form submissions are processed through our website host so we can receive your message. Event calendars and RSVPs are powered by Luma. Donations and payments are handled by Stripe and Buy Me a Coffee, whose own systems process any payment details — we never see or store your full card information. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Each of these providers processes limited data under their own privacy policies, and some embedded features may set cookies in your browser. We encourage you to review those providers' policies if you have questions about their practices.
Cookies and analytics
Fine-Tuned Frequencies does not use its own advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Some embedded third-party features (such as calendars or payment buttons) may set functional cookies needed to operate. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Testimonials
If you submit a story or testimonial, we treat it as permission to contact you about it. We will only publish it — in whole or in part, with the name or initials you provide — with your consent, and we will remove it on request.
Data retention and your choices
We keep the information you share only as long as needed to serve you and to keep reasonable records of our correspondence. You may ask us at any time to see what we have, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, just email us and we will take care of it.
Children
Our services and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
